The Corporate Legal Team provides counsel to the Company on legal risk, compliance with relevant law and regulations, and industry standards.
The Compliance Team oversees the Company’s Compliance Management Program, the backbone of our culture of compliance.
Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Legal or Compliance team member you will help lead the company’s culture of compliance and support all areas of the business to help the company innovate and reach its strategic goals in a compliant manner.
Responsibilities in your area may include:
- Handle a diverse portfolio of litigation and pre-litigation disputes and take reasonable steps to make certain that the Company, its team members, dealers, and third-party service providers are complying with Company policies and procedures and applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.
- Review and audit accounts and account-level data for compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures and escalating potential compliance concerns.
- Audit dealers and service providers for compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures and contracts and state and federal law.
- Monitor and report on the status of Contested Matters to ensure that they are properly categorized and responded to in a timely and compliant manner.
