Responsibilities:
As a member of the Product team at Credit Acceptance, you will be a customer-centric advocate for specific customers of products and systems and are responsible for identifying and executing against opportunities. You will work to enhance the end-to-end experience with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and positively impacting the company’s revenue growth and other goals. Responsibilities in your area may include:
- Customer Centric: Fully understand and embrace the customer perspective and stay focused on desired outcomes to achieve product-market fit.
- Business-Focused: Integrate business analytics and operational excellence in every aspect of design and development. Analyze data through the lens of the customer and needs of the business and understand inputs, outputs and root causes. Utilize a hypothesis-based experimentation mindset, iterate and test hypotheses regularly and champion high impact outcomes.
- Technology-Driven: Leverage the best modern technologies to imagine, build and deliver revolutionary results. Collaborate effectively with technical and design teams to deliver amazing products to market efficiently with quality. Deeply understand end-to-end platforms and how changes impact the enterprise, applications and the overall technical ecosystem.
- Transformational Leader: Communicate, partner and influence across teams to deliver winning product experiences and outcomes. Serve as the visionary to set vision and direction across teams. Create deep partnerships and trust through transparency and inspire partners to collaborate and win together. Embrace change and guide others in managing the impact of change.
