CAROLINE SHAW

Caroline joined Credit Acceptance in 2013 as a legal secretary in Corporate Legal. She was able to progress into various other roles, including her current one, by welcoming feedback, seeking out different opportunities for growth within the Company and volunteering to help other team members on projects that were of interest to her.
