JAMI CONTRERAS

Jami joined Credit Acceptance as a part-time front-end collector in 2013. He has progressed to his current role in the Company by applying three key principles he learned growing up: 1) there’s no such thing as a job description—you just do whatever needs to get done; 2) put the Company’s interest ahead of your own; and 3) enjoy and learn from the people around you; everyone has something they can teach you that will make you better.
